Excellent. spent quite a bit of time yesterday trying to take a similar shot myself, but th obly sharp clear shot I got, The bees face and body was partially obscured by a stray leaf. Well done!

my biggest problem is getting the shot before they move out of focus- I only use manual focus.

Oh that would be difficult. Hoverflys might be easier, they hover in one place for quite a long time.

That's a cool bit of info. I think I will use it as an English illusion. I get extra credit every time I spot literature used in the real world.
