Cowslip Orchid - Caladenia flava

This would have to be one of the most well-known and commonest orchids around my area. On a good year, they can be seen in their hundreds. Their bright little faces create colour in the bush on even the dullest of days.

I think I'm over my floral splurge for a while :D

I love learning new techniques. I just found out about one that I really want to try. It's called the "Orton" effect. When I get a chance to take some pictures, I will see how it goes.
